Liaw and Sun were taken into custody recently, while Chang is currently evading authorities, as stated by the Justice Department. Supermicro itself has not been charged, nor have fellow co-founders Charles Liang—the CEO and chairman—and his wife Sara Liu, who also co-founded the company and sits on the board.
